ACCOMMODATes 2 TO 9 PEOPLE
RATES per week from 4:00 PM (day of arrival) until the until 10:00 AM (day of departure).
Different time periods are possible after explicit agreement with the owners. Since most of the reservations are from Saturday to Saturday, reservation of a different time period might affect the number of reserved time periods during one season, hence different rates might applicable.
Time periods in light color are already booked.
Winter 2026 - 2027:
1st of November - 19th of December 2026: 2000 EUR per week for 6 guests + 100 EUR per week per additional guest
17th of December 2026 - 24th of December 2026: 2100 EUR per week for 6 guests + 100 EUR per additional guest
24th of December 2026 - 1st of January 2027: 2300 EUR per week for 6 guests + 100 EUR per additional guest
1st of January - 06th of February 2027: 2300 EUR per week for 6 guests + 100 EUR per additional guest
06th of February - 20st of February 2027: 2300 EUR per week for 6 guests + 100 EUR per additional guest
20st of February - 27th of February 2027: 2300 EUR per week for 6 guests + 100 EUR per additional guest
27th of February - 6th of March 2027: 2300 EUR per week for 6 guests + 100 EUR per additional guest
6th of March - 19th of March 2027: 2200 EUR per week for 6 guests + 100 EUR per additional guest
19th of March - 27th of March 2027: 2000 EUR per week for 6 guests + 100 EUR per additional guest
28th of March - 30th of April 2027: 2000 EUR per week for 6 guests + 100 EUR per additional guest
Spring , Summer and Autumn 2027:
30th of April - 18th of June 2027: 1400 EUR per week for 6 guests + 100 EUR per additional guest
18th of June - 11th of September 2027: 1600EUR per week for 6 guests + 100 EUR per additional guest
11th of Sept - 3th of December 2027: 1400 EUR per week for 6 guests + 100 EUR per additional guest
Security deposits:
*security deposit(refundable) 300€ which will be refunded at the final bill **stay tax approximately 5% per adult to be paid locally

Possible price reductions (*):
- In case You bring your own bed linen (sheets for down blankets) and towels: 10 EUR per person (no laundry service)
- In case You Clean the house at the end of the stay (cleaning material is present)

Additional discounts are given when booking for longer stays.

Included in the prices
Our prices include the basic cost of accommodation, facility charges such as heating, electricity, cooking gas, water, and a one-time bed linen setup.

Minor changes
Most of the changes that might occur are minor such as the withdrawal of a facility. You will be notified of any changes, as soon as possible, but we do not pay compensation for minor changes.
There may be occasions when facilities at a property are not available, for example the breakdown of a kitchen appliance (dishwasher/washing machine etc) in these circumstances we will make arrangements for the repair to be carried out as soon as possible. Please note that no refunds will be given in the event of that facility being unavailable.
Force majeure and similar events
Compensation payments do not apply to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure, and similar events.)
How to make a reservation?
1) Contact the owner by phone or E-mail: check whether the time period is still available.
2) When the requested time period is available, transfer the security deposit to the bank account, mentioning Le Catelan or Le Petit Catelan and the agreed time period. Your reservation is guaranteed once the security deposit has been transferred. The security deposit will be refunded at the final bill
3) Latest 31 days before your stay, the full amount of the rent has to be paid.
As it is very unlikely to find a replacement in such a short time period, please understand this money is not refundable in case of cancellation.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
A damage deposit is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.
